   Overview   

The CL 604 is a non-intrusive ultrasonic pipe thickness monitoring system designed for corrosion and erosion tracking in pipelines. It integrates high-precision ultrasonic sensors (single-point and phased array), data transmission hardware, and visualization software to provide accurate and repeatable measurements.

   Operating Principle   

Using echo-based sensing, the system measures the time for high-frequency ultrasonic waves to return after penetrating the pipe wall. It detects changes in wall thickness caused by corrosion or erosion with high accuracy.
